Current & Upcoming Closures

NDOT’s $40 million viaduct rehabilitation project includes mainline deck repairs, joint replacements and seismic retrofitting along I-515 (US 95) in downtown Las Vegas. During this yearlong project, the bridges at Desert Inn Road and Eastern Avenue will be demolished and reconstructed. A new southbound auxiliary lane from the Spaghetti Bowl will provide additional space for motorists to accelerate before entering I-515 traffic.

A new southbound auxiliary lane from the Spaghetti Bowl will provide additional space for motorists to accelerate before entering I-515 traffic, reducing congestion. 


 

Viaduct Repairs 

Mainline deck repairs, joint replacements and seismic retrofitting will extend the lifespan of the I-515 viaduct.


 

Bridge Demolition

Two I-515 bridges at Desert Inn Road and Eastern Avenue, built in the mid-1980s, are being demolished and reconstructed.
